Temperature today was 56F, winds of about 10mph from the W.  BP is 29" and falling.  Wisconsin is under a L pressure, with 2 surface troughs extending away from it as well as a cold front.  Wisconsin should be experience thunderstorms this evening as they begin to develop further into the evening.  Most of the Western US is under H pressure and is looking pretty clear.  That massive cold front is still present from yesterday and has moved further E, the New England is under heavy rains as those storm cells from yesterday have moved into the area.  To the deep S, over Texas they are also experiencing some heavy rains due to this cold front mixing with the warm Gulf air.
